The Company is based in Kingston-upon-Thames and was formed by Justin Landon in October 1998, as a division of Townend Produce Limited to specialise in producing high quality products in the Industrial Textile, Packaging, Construction and Garden & Leisure industries and has since expanded the range of products and services offered.

 

On the 1st October 1999 the business started trading on its own as H & I Trading Limited. The name and logo come from Haines and Isaacs Limited an old import company dating back to 1881 which operated out of the same offices in Kingston-upon-Thames with common shareholders.

The company purchased Arkadian Flexible Limited, Bosmere Product Limited a famous name in Garden products in 2009, subsequently sold in 2016 www.bosmere.com.
